We present an $L^p$ version of the Heisenberg–Pauli–Weyl uncertainty inequality on the Heisenberg group, showing that a nonzero function and its group Fourier transform cannot be simultaneously sharply localized. The proof exploits the group’s dilation structure together with operator-theoretic estimates. This is joint work with Pritam Ganguly.
